Delicious Salad Recipes with CBD-Infused Dressings

Classic Garden Salad

Ingredients

  • Mixed greens (lettuce, spinach, arugula)
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Cucumber, sliced
  • Red onion, thinly sliced
  • Carrots, shredded
  • CBD-infused vinaigrette dressing

Wash and dry the mixed greens. Take a bowl and combine the greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and shredded carrots.

Make dressing: Extra virgin olive oil

  • CBD oil
  • Vinegar (balsamic, apple cider, or your choice)
  • Mustard
  • Honey or maple syrup
  • Salt and pepper
  • Garlic (optional)
  • Herbs (optional)

Combine all the ingredients in a mixing jar. Shake it well until it become foamy. 

Drizzle the CBD-infused vinaigrette dressing over the vegetables. Mix all the ingredients with the help of tont or Spatula. Serve fresh

 

Mediterranean Quinoa Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Cucumber, diced
  • Red bell pepper, diced
  • Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
  • Feta cheese, crumbled
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • CBD-infused lemon vinaigrette dressing

In a large bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, olives, feta cheese, and parsley.

For dressing:

  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • CBD oil
  • lemon
  • Mustard
  • Honey 
  • Salt and pepper

Pour all the ingredients in mixing jar. Shake it well until all the ingredients combine together. 

Pour the CBD-infused lemon vinaigrette dressing on veggies.  And combine all the mixture and serve chilled.

 

Avocado and Mango Salad

Ingredients

  • Mixed greens (lettuce, spinach, arugula)
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • Red onion, thinly sliced
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • CBD-infused honey mustard dressing

Wash and dry the mixed greens. In a large bowl, combine the greens, avocado slices, mango, red onion, and cilantro.

For dressing:

  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • CBD oil
  • Vinegar (balsamic, apple cider, or your choice)
  • Soya sauce
  • Mustard
  • Honey
  • Salt and crushed chili flakes

Mix all the ingredients in a mixing jar, or whisk with egg beater, until all the ingredients are uniform. 

Add all the vegetables with the CBD-infused honey mustard dressing. Mix the ingredients with Spatula to combine it well.

 

Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad

Ingredients

  • Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • Grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Croutons
  • CBD-infused Caesar dressing

In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, sliced grilled chicken, and grated Parmesan cheese.

For dressing:

  • Olive oil
  • Lemon
  • Black pepper 
  • Mayonnaise 
  • Honey
  • Mustard 
  • Caesar

Mix all the ingredients in a mixing jar or whisk it with beater until all the ingredients combine together.  Now add croutons and drizzle with the CBD-infused Caesar dressing. Mix well to combine and serve immediately.
